My Failing experience to Correct for (10/18)

My Name is Steven : I work for service/bagger on HEB 738 (Bellaire Market) Houston, Texas
I know I may get carried away, because I myself want to socialize with customers. I wasn't communicating since i started it with this company. I would be like not going no anywhere. Earlier today, I might have asked a customer a stupid old question. That made that customer cried. I should have not go there with that. I should have said that you for shopping, but i have got this spot carried away. It does not matter which race you are talking too. Hugging a customer may not be a big deal if you are giving them good wishes for what is expected to a customer such as you know what to say. But in normal voices. If I'm just saying "congratulations!" then that does bring their wishes come true.
On the other hand, if a customer does not want to be friend. Please do not force it, You will be documented. The times that you ask for should be like be confident not like too loving or friendly staff member so other staff members would not talk about you. Really. I am learning from my mistakes from 9/12 and today 10/4. It does not matter if you are new, an employee who worked for 1, 5, 10, 20, or many years we all should be a confident employee at H-E-B. Every little thing you are planning for may be a from a customer is some kind of harass . Please do not try this. I am learning from my mistakes so you all know. If I'm been a confident employee every work days, then maybe I may be undocumented.
It is best to be confident as you are under this company. It is not only happen in H-E-B, it can happen if you not an employee but as a guest or a shopper in various stores. Managers, Administrators, Directors can catch you and document you. If you know what is good, not only be yourself, just go on with your business if you do not know any shoppers anywhere.
